This year's delicacies included freshly grilled steak, spicy Bayou chicken, beer-drenched rosemary drummettes, Korean ribs, Rocky Mountain ribs, slow smoked brisket, smoked peppered turkey, pulled beef hot dogs and chili (for chili dogs). Proceeds from the sold-out event — now in its 21st season — supports the NCSY, which connects Jewish teens and encourages passionate Judaism through Torah and tradition.
